To everyone at Woodside Lodge,
Thank you all from our hearts for the care and attention you had given to Ivy, for the laughs and enjoyment and for the last years of her life, filled with company and attention. We would not have been able to do that anywhere near as good as you all did.
We truly appreciate everything you have done and will always remember you!

Dear Natasha,
I wanted to thank you for everything you have done to make Mum's last few years so happy and contented. We all knew she was in safe hands and did not have to worry about her at all. If you ever need someone to give a reference for the home, please do not hesitate to give my name.
Would you please pass on my thanks to all the staff who cared so much during the years Mum was there and who made sure she was not alone in her final days. I wish I had better words to tell you how much I appreciate everything that was done for her. She enjoyed her stay there, and that was important.
I shall miss her very much, even though it has been many years since she has recognised me. She was a wonderful mother, always smiling and caring, and irreplaceable in our hearts.
I do hope your other guests at the Home enjoyed the flowers from the funeral, and that the garden bench my sister, brothers and myself will be purchasing for them will prove to be useful.
Yours truly, from my heart,
Sue Croft

Dear Natasha,
Thank you so much for all your efforts raising sponsorship for the Memory Walk 2010. Please thank your relatives, friends and colleagues for their donation.
We were lucky with the weather, more sunshine would have been lovely but at least it did not rain!
So far we have raised in excess of £1300 and are still waiting for more sponsorship to come through.
Thank you again for your support.
With kind regards
Yours sincerely

Dear Natasha and all the staff at Woodside Lodge.
I would like to thank you all for the care you gave to my Mother (Elsie) whilst she lived at Woodside Lodge. The care you gave her and the love you showed I am sure made her happier and certainly I felt assured at all times that she was happy and in very capable but warm and loving hands.
I have seen how cruel dementia is but i have also seen how the care you show the residents make their lives worthwhile and gives them quality of life as far as possible.
I could not have wished for a better home for my Mother's last years of her life. I will always be in your debt.
With warm regards
Hazel White

Dear All,
I wanted to write to say a very big thank you to everyone who looked after & helped my Dad, Paddy, during the past 5 years he has been living at Woodside.
Having serveral friends in the same sort of situation as myself with an aged parent who needed looking after, I realised a long time ago, how lucky I was to have Dad at Woodside. Many care homes do not take care of their residents as you all do either in their physical or mental care.
I always found Dad well looked after physically & there always seemed to be time for him to talk to someone if he was anxious as did I.
I will miss seeing you all because on bad days your support & kindness always made me go away feeling better.
Love Norma
Dear Natasha and all the staff at Woodside Lodge.
Just a line to thank-you all so very much for taking such good care of Mavis Wright (our Mum) over the past few years. You all made her last years very happy, as she made a lot of friends, and you were all so kind to her, and to all of us. If you were rated as a Hotel we would give you 5 stars, all the staff always have a smile on their faces and a kind word for everyone. Thank-you all once again for your outstanding kindness.
Lots of love

Dear Natasha, Christine and all the staff at Woodside.
We can't thank you enough for the superb care you gave to our Mum, Lesley, especially the last few months, when she was so poorly.
Mum always looked neat, tidy and well looked after, whether she was in the lounge or in bed. We know she was always happy with you and her friends in the home.
I (Val) will not only miss coming to visit my Mum but I will miss seeing all of you. We have always been made welcome and to feel at home whatever time of day we called.
Mum will be missed by us all. She was a kind generous and loving Mum, Nana & Great-Nana. At least now she is at peace.
Your made her last few years easier for her and for all of us, we couldn't have wished for her to be in a better place.
Love from

Dear All,
To all the wonderful staff who looked after my dearest Mum, I don't know where the world would be without people like you in it!
If I had a million pounds I would share it between you all!
Raise your glass for Nippy!
Thank you for everything!

Dear All,
When Mum first moved to Woodside both Jill and I were a little apprenhensive. We hoped we had been able to find that vital mixture of friendliness and compassion necessary for someone we both loved who was no longer able to look after herself.
The care, compassion and friendliness were there in abundance and although she was only with you for a short time we feel that she couldn't have been in better or safer hands for a very difficult period of her life.
Special thanks to all the staff for those little extras, nothing was too much trouble, as well as the other residents who went out of their way to make Mum feel comfortable. It was a great comfort to us, to know that Mum was in such safe hands.
Finally, we would like to thank you for all the kindness, sympathy and floral tribute at the end. It was greatly appreciated!
Yours Sincerely
Veronica Ridout
